2. Scope of processing

This website is a static site. It does not set cookies, does not embed any external fonts, analytics, or tracking services, and does not operate contact forms. All fonts and other assets are served from the same server as the site itself.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser. This typically includes:

IP address, date and time of the request, the URL requested, HTTP status code and amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and user agent (browser and operating system).

This processing serves the technical operation, security, and stability of the website and is based on the legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data sources. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, usually a short period via standard log rotation.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare processes the data described in section 3 as a data processor on the controller's behalf within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA / Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) is in place. Data may be transferred to servers in the United States; this transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR), under which Cloudflare, Inc. is certified. 5. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, the information you transmit (sender address, content, and any further personal data) is used exclusively to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
